Committing to Your Journey, Letting Go of Fear & Judgment

Friends, stop biting your nails over every decision. Make a choice. If it doesn’t work, then make a new one. Whenever it comes to making decisions in life, I always let fear get the best of me, and I think this is just part of the human experience. Learning to work with fear is where we need to be – treating it like a buddy. Humans are generally impatient beings. We want to be our best, happy selves all the time but part of committing to your journey is knowing that there will be rough moments. Don’t let self-doubt and negative thoughts consume you. Flip the switch. You have the power to control your mind. Keep going and commit to your journey.

While you’re on your beautiful life path, remember to be present. Think about how far you have come, continue being hungry but don’t forget to live a life with gratitude. Take time to journal each day and write down all the good things in your life and all that you’re thankful for. I truly believe that peace is something that’s just there. Something that exists that can easily be disturbed when you have negative elements within your environment. I treat my peace like a little baby, which must be protected, regardless of the circumstances.

God constantly gives us obstacles in life so that we always have reasons to keep the faith. Have you ever noticed how when you solve one problem, another one arises? This happens because life is full of challenges, and God doesn’t like seeing us in our comfort zone. Each of us has a purpose on this earth, and there are steps you can take to make sure you’re reaching your full potential every day:

· Follow your intuition

· Be the light

· Live with gratitude

· Make time for art

· Thank God each morning for another day

· Let go

· Fail

· Make decisions

· Live in flow

· Choose to be happy

· Detach yourself & kill your ego

· Forgive people & yourself

You are capable of amazing things and never let anyone tell you otherwise, it doesn’t matter if it’s friends or family. Plus, nobody knows you like you know yourself. Learn to trust your gut. Let your intuition guide you. Don’t overthink life. Just do what feels right. People will always judge. It’s part of life. Our society has been conditioned since birth to judge and be insecure beings. It just takes that little extra internal work to be happy despite of it. Choose your peace, happiness, and zen feelings. Throw the judgments down the drain. Stop being indecisive and spring into action. You are full of energy and self-confidence.
